Indumathi Tamilselvan

Indu is an Actor, Director, Educator, and Applied Drama Practitioner who believes deeply in the power of theatre to shape and illuminate the world we live in. Armed with a Master of Arts (MA) in Arts Pedagogy and Practice and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Acting from LASALLE College of the Arts, she approaches her craft with a commitment to versatility, exploration, and boldness.

With a career spanning both performance and pedagogy, Indu brings together artistry, research, and community engagement to create meaningful work that connects audiences, students, and participants. As a practitioner, she is equally at home in rehearsal rooms, classrooms, and community spaces—bridging performance and practice to champion the role of the arts in education and society. Her work continually strives to inspire connection, creativity, and resilience through every project she undertakes.

A graduate of the Instructional Leadership Certificate Program at the Harvard Graduate School of Education, Indu integrates global best practices in teaching and leadership into her educational and facilitation work. Most recently, she was invited to guest lecture the graduate students of the BA Acting program at James Madison University in Harrisonburg, Virginia.

Nicole Hofbauer

Nicole is a Drama Educator and Actor. She serves as the Director of Tongue in Cheek Productions, a young company specializing in theatre education. With a diploma in Applied Drama and Psychology, she both teaches and designs Drama-in-Curriculum, Public Speaking and other specialized Applied Drama Programmes. She currently coaches several Drama CCA clubs and is an Adjunct Lecturer at Singapore Polytechnic’s Media, Arts, and Design School (MAD) for their Drama and Performance Module.

Being trained as an actor under W!LD RICE's Young and W!LD programme, her most recent performances include Anything Can Happen / Something Must Happen, Nimita's Place - a staged reading, and multiple school assembly showcases in collaboration with organizations like the Singapore Discovery Centre, Singapore Red Cross, and Singapore Kindness Movement.

Nicole is a member of the Singapore Drama Educator’s Association and has completed their Essentials for Teaching and Learning Approaches Pedagogical Course.
